30-day money-back guarantee on The Digital Product Starter Kit. This guarantee applies exclusively to The Digital Product Starter Kit. If you go through the curriculum, implement the workflows and still don't see results, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll sort it out — either we solve your specific problem personally, or you get a full refund.

The Multitaskers (both packages) is a final sale. Because digital assets and tool access are delivered immediately upon purchase, and cohort seats are allocated for live delivery starting October 10, 2026, no refunds or chargebacks are accepted.

Everything else — prompt packs, the Mockup Vault, Print Studio, IVY Shield, shop critiques and 1:1 work — is delivered digitally with immediate access. At checkout you confirm that you want that access straight away and give up the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, so those purchases are final. If a file is faulty, corrupted or not what the product page described, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

1:1 mentoring. You can move your session to another date up to 3 days before the agreed time. From 2 days before, and for a no-show, the session counts as delivered — it isn't refunded or rescheduled.

Print Studio top-ups. A 50-image top-up can be refunded within 14 days as long as none of the 50 images have been generated. Once you generate the first image, the top-up is final.
